Property Listing and Advertising
The website on-line advertising portal is a highly targeted and promoted platform for advertising and selling properties on behalf of the owners. When the advertiser subscribes to the service they confirm they are the owner of the property and they own the title deed for the property they are advertising or have a contract with the builder/seller which states the title deed will be applied for on their behalf once the property is completed in the case of an off-plan property. This service is purely for owners to sell their own properties. Any subscriber found to be listing property they do not own themselves will have their account cancelled and their listings removed with no recompense for any previous monies paid.

If your property sells you can change its status to prevent receiving further enquiries. We retain the right to continue to show your listing on our website after cancellation at no cost to you, purely for content and marketing. No contact information will be available and the listing may be shown as “sold”. You may re-subscribe to the service anytime, although once the initial contract has been cancelled you will be required to re-register, your listing, prices and terms and conditions will be those applicable at the time of re-subscribing.

Revision of Terms & Conditions to the Website

Force Majeure
